1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Combine marmalade, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, mixing well.
3. Place chicken, skin side up, in 9 x 13 inch pan lined with aluminum foil.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 1 hour, basting occasionally.
6. Increase temperature to 400⁰F and bake 15 minutes longer.
