1/2 cup Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
3 pounds broiler-fryer chicken pieces
1. Pour Garlic Teriyaki Sauce over chicken pieces in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat chicken well. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning bag over occasionally.
2. Pour contents of bag into large shallow baking pan. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down, in single layer in pan. Bake in 350ºF. oven 20 minutes. Turn pieces over and bake 25 minutes longer, or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Marinate Time: 8 hours or overnight.
Cook time: 50 minutes.
Yield: makes 4 to 6 servings.
