1 package (16 ounces) Birds Eye® Farm Fresh Broccoli, Corn, Red Peppers
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 jar (16 ounces) chunky salsa
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. In medium mixing bowl, combine frozen vegetables and black beans.
3. Place vegetable mixture in an aluminum foil grill bag or on a piece of heavy duty foil; arrange chicken breasts over vegetables. Pour salsa evenly over chicken and vegetables. Seal edges of foil.
4. Place on grill and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and vegetables are tender.
5. Carefully open foil.

Cooking Time: 25 to 30 minutes
Yield: makes 4 servings.
