1 package Sanderson Farms® Chicken Tenders (approximately 15 to 18 tenders)
1 1/4 tablespoons low sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt free lemon pepper seasoning
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon maple syrup
10 inch wooden skewers
1. Heat oil over medium heat in 12–inch skillet.
2. Brush grill grate with oil.
3. Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
4. Thread one chicken tender on a skewer. Repeat with the remaining chicken tenders.
5. Mix Worcestershire sauce, Dijon-style mustard, lemon pepper, barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup in a small container.
6. Grill chicken tenders for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 3 minutes and brushing with barbecue sauce mixture at every turn. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F
