3 Sanderson Farms® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dried whole oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 (2-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooked pasta
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place chicken in a 12 X 7 X 2-inch baking dish.
3. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, garlic salt, onion powder and sugar and pour over chicken.
4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 425°F oven 15 minutes.
5. Top with sliced olives and mozzarella cheese and bake, uncovered, for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is to an internal temperature of 165°F.
6. Serve with cooked pasta.
Yield: 3 servings.
