6 Sanderson Farms® Boneless, Skinless Thigh Fillets, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
4 medium russet potatoes, cut very small
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (16-ounce) jar mild salsa
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn
Warm flour tortillas
1. Mix chicken thigh pieces, potatoes, salt, salsa, green chilies, taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn in crockpot.
2. Cook 4 to 5 hours on high; stirring occasionally.
3. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
Yield: 9 servings.
